Service seems to have slacked off a lot I bought my Matrix, Camry, Scion and Corolla all at Toyota in Westmont. Yesterday's experience certainly didn't match up to my expectations. 1. I reported AT LEAST a week in advance about the recall so, as Toyota advised, the part could be available. It wasn't. 2. First check on this car; all was covered by warranty. However, I received no documentation os cllue as to what was done. Service could have just parked it outside while I sat in reception working crossword puzzles. 3. I asked in advance for some consideration about accommodating me to close the hatch. The "finger grooves: are about eight feet off the ground; I cannot reach them. I was told the service department would see what could be done. Nothing. I live in Niles. You are in Westmont. About 40 min drive each way. Today I get a call that Now you have the part and I should come back to install whatever the recall wants done. It could, and I think should, have been done yesterday because I provided adequate notice. Overall, a disappintment. More

Had tires rotated was aware that I had a plug in one of my tires was approached with one of your tires is beyond repair, I told him I was aware please just rotate the tire I will buy tires later. After leaving the shop I caught a flat tire on the highway the plugs was removed from the tire, of course the staff will not admit to taking it out! I will find another dealership to go to More

Bought a used 2012 WRX, engine blew up within 4 days of purchasing, had to have the car towed back to the dealer and Adam failed to reimburse me for the tow, and basically took 0 responsibility for the car purchasing, had to have the car towed back to the dealer and Adam failed to reimburse me for the tow, and basically took 0 responsibility for the car breaking and tried to blame me for "racing" the car. Relieved my refund a week after the car was returned , and I have yet to receive reimbursement for the tow. A complete waste of time and for a first time buyer, this will make me avoid them like the plague. More
