Cons: I was told that they were not a "no haggle" dealership, but they would not negotiate on the price of the vehicle I bought. The salesman who assisted us was new. He wasn't able to correctly answer questions about the specific car he showed us or about Toyota vehicles in general. He didn't seem to understand the license plate transfer process, and he showed no enthusiasm or appreciation for making the sale. More

Timeliness and communication were lacking Has a strange noise in the tire while driving. Ended being at least $1,500 in repairs. For an old car. At first the phone call after checking on the vehicle went well. We were able to work out what needed to be done and I was given a clear expectation of what was going to happen. The next day we were told, via phone call, that the car would be done that day. It was a little hard to believe but we didn't question it. The end of the day comes, and didn't hear from anyone. We called back, the next day, a Saturday, and found out that our car wasn't going to be done until next week, due to waiting on parts delivery. Would've been nice to get a call about that. The excuse was that we gave a bad return number in a message we left. Even if that was the case, you still have our number in your system. So the the day came that the car was told to us that it would be done. Again, didn't hear anything all day, so called about 30 minutes before close. The guy handling our service was gone for the day, and no one knew what was going on. Would've been nice to get a status update when we expected it to be done that day. Called back the next day, said they were still waiting on more parts and it would definitely be done that day. Fortunately that time that was true. Car was done that day, and things were good. Overall, it just would've been nice for someone to tell us what's going in if you're not going to meet the expectation you set for us. The whole delay was for parts to be delivered, but no one told us that when ordering after market parts, there may be a delay in getting the parts. More
