it's a Pandemic, but Geez This service department seemed genuinely displeased that I brought my fleet vehicle in for 5000 mile service. I realize it's a pandemic. I was told I needed to pay outright for the service, and get reimbursed. But it is definitely a direct bill situation. The service rep even complained that "it takes 6 weeks to 3 months to get paid from these fleet companies." Well, That's not my issue, and sounds like the cost of doing business. They finally let me leave with the vehicle...not sure if anyone thanked me for my patronage. I won't be back. I'll choose another provider that is more fleet friendly. More
