They do not have a child friendly area to wait. They made me pay for a service because I don’t drive my leased car enough to require the service before the Toyota Care expires. The low mileage will benefit t me pay for a service because I don’t drive my leased car enough to require the service before the Toyota Care expires. The low mileage will benefit them when I turn the car back in. I had a 9:30 appointment and waited in line for 20min to just get inside the building. Then they only gave me my single key so when I walked back to my car with 2 toddlers, 30 weeks pregnant, and my hands full I didn’t have a fob to unlock the door and had to leave my kids standing in the parking lot to go put the key in the door to unlock it. I have not been impressed any time I have had to go there and we will not be getting a new lease from them when ours is up this June. More
