My fiancé and I were looking to purchase a car after mine became totaled back in September. Customer service is always bad and if you don't opt in for what the advisor wants you to do to your car, they get rude and mean maybe because they will get less commission or something. My car was there for oil change only, I saw the technician bringing my car out after it's done, 25 minutes later and the advisor hadn't called me to I went to him and told him i see my car has been out for almost half an hour and haven't been called. He told me he is doing paperwork and busy with other customers not even an apology. Then he let me wait for 10 more minutes and then he comes and says your car is ready without even a smile More
