Mark checked me in and he was wonderful. I was upset because I had a 1:30 appointment, all I needed was rotate tires, check fluids, breaks etc. , but I waited for over 2 hours. Then he put two additional points on top of my loan rate, raising it from 5.5 to 7.5%. Within a few days after purchasing, the car would not start in the cold weather. I called the dealership right away, and explained the trouble, but never received a call back. So I called again, and was assured they would check on the issue and return my call, but I they never called back - never stood behind their sale. More
