The staff at Bob Rohrman Toyota is among the most professional and ethical that I have ever worked with. Tom Hong, Alex Sayed and the rest of the sales, financing and service team members are amiable professional and ethical that I have ever worked with. Their knowledge of their vehicles along with their willingness to address concerns is also a great asset. I very much appreciate their low key/low pressure sales approach. The service department has always been prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. We never take our vehicles anywhere else for service and maintenance. Another key observation I have made is the respect and sales ethic I have observed between your sales personnel/associates. My overall observations come from the point of reference of years I have spent doing team building and leadership seminars around the country and overseas. Obviously no one is perfect, but the few glitches we have ever had are by far overshadowed by the good things. I have been purchasing Toyota vehicles and referring friends and family to Bob Rohrman Toyota for several years now. My family and I currently own/lease: 1. 2010 Sequoia 2. 2011 Avalon 3. 2010 Corolla 4. 2008 Corolla 5. 2007 Camry We have previously owned/leased several other Toyota vehicles and have referred many friends and relatives to this dealership who are very happy with their purchases. I normally do not write reviews, but since the service here was so far above and beyond, I felt it needed to be recognized. My wife went in alone for a service issue and decided to look at new cars. Next thing I know, I get a phone call from her saying come look at this car i like. I was expecting to show up and have to go through hours of negotiation and hard closes, but no. They had already gotten down to a very fair price on the new toyota venza, and they gave me a vary fair deal on the trade in. I was especially happy that they did not try and take advantage of my wife, but treated her fairly and with respect. All I had to do was go and help finish up the deal. I worked with Tom Hong, and would definitely work with him again, tell him Paul from the Westmont State Farm sent you, he will remember me!! I recently bought a Venza, the fifth vehicle I've bought from this dealer. Neal was the salesman for all our purchases. The Venza runs well, gas efficient, has lots of room and the front passenger seat meets the needs of someone who has a physical disability with limited movement of lower body. When the new 2011 Toyota Avalons came out, I stopped in at Oakbrook Toyota to see if they had any in stock. A salesman directed me to one they had on the showroom floor. After sitting in it and asking a few pertinent questions, I knew this was the car I wanted. I asked what kind of deal I could get. The salesman replied, "Why should I give you a deal?" I didn't need to hear anymore. I started to walk out when this same salesman asked me if I wanted to take a test drive. I just kept on walking out the door. I wonder if the sales manager shares this salesman's views or is it a dealership attitude. Whatever, I won't be going back to this dealership again. More

There was a brief moment of tension during the review of pricing questions I had but it was satisfactorily concluded. No high pressure on the upsell to additional warranty and other products that were offered, appropriately so. Post sale walkthrough of the Corolla by the delivery specialist struck the right balance to make sure the key elements were covered without the aspect of too much information that I would not retain. It is the kind of place that not only do they want your purchase to be pleasant, but they continue that positive experience with a highly skilled and knowledgeable staff in all areas. Par for the course, they are offering some amazingly good deals, and you guessed it, I traded. I had no intentions, but after numerous transactions over the years, I was very comfortable knowing that Oakbrook Toyota would be by my side. Not only is the sales force a great group, but so are the finance and service guys. In the last several years, I have purchased 5 or 6 cars from Oakbrook Toyota with zero issues whatsoever. In fact if I had a grandmother shopping for a new car, I would without any hesitation refer her to Oakbrook Toyota, as I do many of my friends. In a world full of cheats, liars, and dishonest people, I find it comforting to know that I have an extended family at Oakbrook Toyota. Service after the sale, is just that.
