This time I received a phone call from the General Manager that they had taken a 2005 Sequoia in on trade in almost perfect condition. Having four kids and a need for a vehicle large enough for my crew I had asked Alex Syed to keep an eye out for a car like this and he did not disappoint. Picked the car up yesterday after receiving a more than fair trade-in price for my not so kid friendly convertible Solara. Truck is great and I will definitely continue to rely on Alex and Umesh for my car needs. Thanks once again to Oak Brook Toyota for operating a reliable neighborhood business. Keep up the good work! Mechanics dose not know how to fix simple things right, I had my car with the same problem for 3 times, and they still could not fix it do the other. Sales person was ok to work with...just a little pushy. After we decided to purchase the 2008 Matrix, we met with the director of finance(our credit was fine so securing a loan was not a problem). He seemed friendly to start with then he turned into the stereotypical car salesman. He pushed the extended warranty hard, we gave in and said yes. BIG MISTAKE! The man told us "everything" was covered and did not go over the contract line by line. It was only after we got home and really looked at the fine print we discovered that "everything" was not covered, there were too many exclusions. We decided to cancel the contract. Calling Toyota first we were told to go the the dealership and they would cancel the contract right away. When we went back (to the same man)he tried to convince us that by canceling "we would have no warranty at all and we would be responsible for anything that happened to the car". He refused to cancel that day, we told him that Toyota said it would be done right away. His response to that was "Well, Toyota doesn't make my rules!" He was very hostile. We are still trying to get the contract cancelled. It's only been 18 days since we purchased the car. Needless to say, the experience with Oakbrook Toyota was less than pleasant. So much so that when we decided to replace my minivan, we went to a different Toyota dealer and found a car that I love and were treated much, much better. DO NOT GO TO OAKBROOK TOYOTA...FOR ANYTHING!!! More

I purchased a used car from their lot. I asked specifically about any accidents and the salesman assured me that the car had no history of accidents. I unfortunately didn't have the car inspected again since he assured me the car was inspected fully by their team of highly skilled mechanics. Well come to find out the car had been in a major accident and has frame damage - the bill is at almost $3000! and it is still not fully repaired. I am very disgusted with the dealer, since the shop I have looking at it said it was pretty obvious to a mechanic the car had been repaired - so they would have to be lying. DO NOT PURCHASE A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! More
