Let me preface this by saying I HATE buying cars! I hate the sales process in general. That being said, the process at Oakbrook Toyota was efficient and painless. Once we got close on price, I worked out the final numbers directly with the finance manager. I liked this since it meant there was no more going back and forth with the sales department. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely buy there again! Also this dealership has the best selection of Siennas in the entire area. More

I went to this dealer to replace my Camry as I wanted to get a bigger car (baby just born on Tuesday!). Venza was my choice. Bottom line... - Tom is very honest. - Tom is a good listener (not like a typical pushy sales person I dislike). - I would definitely want to buy a car from him again. I ended up buying the Venza from Tom today (5/21) and I am extremely pleased with the whole process. Do work with Tom, but do your homework beforehand so you have the baseline. More

His advice and helpfulness in getting my car fixed the right way shows how dedicated he is to keeping his customers happy. The staff at Bob Rohrman Toyota is among the most professional and ethical that I have ever worked with. Tom Hong, Alex Sayed and the rest of the sales, financing and service team members are amiable professional and ethical that I have ever worked with. Tom Hong, Alex Sayed and the rest of the sales, financing and service team members are amiable and respectful. Their knowledge of their vehicles along with their willingness to address concerns is also a great asset. I very much appreciate their low key/low pressure sales approach. The service department has always been prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. We never take our vehicles anywhere else for service and maintenance. Another key observation I have made is the respect and sales ethic I have observed between your sales personnel/associates. My overall observations come from the point of reference of years I have spent doing team building and leadership seminars around the country and overseas. Obviously no one is perfect, but the few glitches we have ever had are by far overshadowed by the good things. I have been purchasing Toyota vehicles and referring friends and family to Bob Rohrman Toyota for several years now. I normally do not write reviews, but since the service here was so far above and beyond, I felt it needed to be recognized. My wife went in alone for a service issue and decided to look at new cars. Next thing I know, I get a phone call from her saying come look at this car i like. I was expecting to show up and have to go through hours of negotiation and hard closes, but no. They had already gotten down to a very fair price on the new toyota venza, and they gave me a vary fair deal on the trade in. I was especially happy that they did not try and take advantage of my wife, but treated her fairly and with respect. All I had to do was go and help finish up the deal. I worked with Tom Hong, and would definitely work with him again, tell him Paul from the Westmont State Farm sent you, he will remember me!! I recently bought a Venza, the fifth vehicle I've bought from this dealer. Neal was the salesman for all our purchases. The Venza runs well, gas efficient, has lots of room and the front passenger seat meets the needs of someone who has a physical disability with limited movement of lower body.
