Brought my 2019 RAV-4 Hybrid ithat I purchased from Westmont Toyota for 25K service. Service found a screw in one the tires and told me it would cost me $428.00. Told him not to replace the tire. Discovered that I had a computer problem after leaving the premises.. (See below) Checked my warranty and found I had a 60 month tire warranty. Went back with warranty papers. Said they would order tire and call when ready. Week went by. No call. Called and they said it came in. Made appointment to bring car in on a Saturday. Went to appointment and was told they can't put the tire on on a Saturday because claims Department was not open. Had to reschedule another appointment and finally got tire installed. Serviceman kept my tire warranty. Now I will need to go back to Westmont Toyota to see if the sales dept. can give a duplicate warranty paper. Computer Problem - Left dealer to drive home. Next time I turned on vehicle "Maintenance Needed" screen came on. Drove back to dealer and they reset the maintenance reminder. Went home. Turned on vehicle again and had same problem. Returned to dealer. They played with it for awhile and were baffled. Asked if I could wait half hour or so and they will disconnect battery and reset everything. Waited and 40 mins later told me they couldn't solve the problem and they would need to order a new "head?" Drove off and computer screen was blank. Drove for a day or two and screen came on but "maintenance reminder" still appeared when I started car. Drove for another week or so and the "Maintenance Needed" stopped appearing. No longer a problem. Incidentally when I went back to have the tire replaced, the serviceman had no record of me needing a new "head" for the vehicle. More

This dealer lack of proper administration of vehicle plates caused personal financial hardship. I purchased a 2021 Toyota Sienna to be able to work the first week of July. Its July 27 and they have not plates caused personal financial hardship. I purchased a 2021 Toyota Sienna to be able to work the first week of July. Its July 27 and they have not completed the proper paperwork because they did not on a timely manner have me sign additional paperwork. Because of this, its going to take additional months to receive vehicle plates that are important to be able to work. I cannot work with expired temporary plates. More
