The service department was awesome and I’m very pleased with the service and how quickly it was done. I took away one star because the dealership is now charging 3.5% to customers that pay with a credit ca with the service and how quickly it was done. He explained everything every step of the way when my vehicle needed a new transmission. He communicated with me every couple days to give me updates on the progress and if there were any changes, he made sure to let me know and explain why. I live in Chicago so it's not a quick trip, but I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. Love Toyota vehicles and it's safe to say Oakbrook Toyota has a new life long customer! Thanks again! More
