Next thing I know, I get a phone call from her saying come look at this car i like. I was expecting to show up and have to go through hours of negotiation and hard closes, but no. They had already gotten down to a very fair price on the new toyota venza, and they gave me a vary fair deal on the trade in. I was especially happy that they did not try and take advantage of my wife, but treated her fairly and with respect. All I had to do was go and help finish up the deal. I worked with Tom Hong, and would definitely work with him again, tell him Paul from the Westmont State Farm sent you, he will remember me!!
