I had an appointment first thing in the morning, yet I still ended up waiting 4 full hours just to get my tires replaced. I wish the service center would either limit the number of appointments that can be made according to the capacity of the service center to service cars or, at the very least, be more transparent about wait times. I was told to be patient, but I had no idea I would be spending half of my day waiting at a dealership for what I thought would be a fairly straightforward procedure. More
I went for an oil change without an appointment and was provided with the service. I requested for a quote for future maintenance and was provided the same with the detailed explanation. Mark Dwyer from the Service Dept was courteous and has spent his valuable time to walk me through the various maintenance options available. Of all the other dealerships i have visited for service, i have found this as the only place where i did not have a new issue with my vehicle once i left the place. More

Our salesman Joelson was amazing and showed the utmost professionalism and integrity while working with us. This was my son’s first car buying experience and he took the time to thoroughly explain the veh professionalism and integrity while working with us. This was my son’s first car buying experience and he took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle and all of the features to him and made him feel confident in his selection. We have purchased several Toyotas and currently have a 2011 Sienna which we plan to upgrade in the near future and would be happy to work with him on our next purchase! Unfortunately we did not have the same, positive experience with the finance guy Brian. Do your due diligence and plan your financing ahead of time. We were left with a very bad feeling after realizing we were blatantly lied to by him in regard to having to purchase an extended warranty in order to obtain a lower interest rate. Not only is the information Brian told us not true, it is an FTC Act violation and is a deceptive business practice called "tied selling" per an attorney we spoke with as well as Toyota Financial Services. Brian started us off at a whopping 7% interest rate and assured us he had shopped around and that this was the lowest rate he could offer us. When we got up and walked away, he invited us back in and told us he spoke with Toyota Financial Services and they miraculously offered us a lower rate but told us again, in order to get that lower rate we would have to purchase the extended warranty and were told this repeatedly when we asked if there was any way to not purchase the warranty. A lower rate is dependent upon top tier credit (which I have), not tying it with an additional product or service. Again, deceptive selling. While we understand the need to make money on the deal (in addition to the $500 lo-jack) we also know it can be done in a way with integrity and by not being deceptive which is very bad practice for any business. We did communicate this to the management team at this dealership and have yet to hear anything at all from them. Again, disappointing. Yes, we were able to cancel the warranty but contact from the management team would have been a nice show of integrity and that they don’t stand behind these types of deceptive tactics. More
