Used NAPA parts for the repair which was fine with me. They were less expensive and I am well aware of the high quality of NAPA after-market parts. WHen I called to set up appointment, no one made any paperwork for the appointment; so when we dropped off our employees were there for over an hour trying to get paperwork figured out. The service dept in that time lost the keys and found them. The invoice we were given didn't reflect accurately what was going on with the car. We knew parts were missing in the bumper and didn't want this written on the invoice because we are submitting it to the insurance company. More
