I had a wheel alignment done if they had of test driven the vehicle they would’ve felt the play in the steering. Instead they charged me $114.30 to tighten the bolts on the steering gear. Oakes Buick was a wonderful place to get my "new to me" vehicle. Chandler was super friendly and I would purchase with him again. Additionally the website is great, but if there was more of a decipher of w vehicle. Chandler was super friendly and I would purchase with him again. Additionally the website is great, but if there was more of a decipher of which location has which vehicles. The location is there, but when I go to Oakes Kia, the first cars should be the cars on that lot. I love how you all price there are no questions of what the true bottom line is. More

Bad experience all the way around and continues to be that way. Except Megan….. Megan was very sweet and helpful. I have called the sales manager twice with no return call. Chandler who???
