I currently have a Kia and just stopped at Oakes KIA to see the new ones they have on the lot . The new styles on all their vehicles are the best in town . Kia is such a great vehicle to buy . I was purchasing a toyota highlander. During the conversation I remarked i could get the highlander platinum limited for the price they were asking for just the limited trim package. I During the conversation I remarked i could get the highlander platinum limited for the price they were asking for just the limited trim package. I was told by the salesman that I was getting the platinum limited and it had all the options available on a highlander. It even states platinum limited on some of the warranty paperwork.i believed the price I paid was for the platinum limited. I was late for work and didn't look closely at the outside of the car and it wasn't until later that I realized they had lied and the car I had was not what they promised. Angry does not even begin to express how I feel! More
