This lady individually, and this dealership, both have my upmost respect in a couple ways and for many reasons. Darah McCall was interested in my Jeep Wrangler so I brought it by, expecting to go home with i upmost respect in a couple ways and for many reasons. Darah McCall was interested in my Jeep Wrangler so I brought it by, expecting to go home with it from a very lowball offer. But no. I ended up with MORE THAN MY ASKING PRICE! She has been extremely friendly, very nice and caring with scheduling and customers care and concerns. I got more than I even asked for my vehicle and I couldn’t be happier. Scheduling, pricing, time, and the speedy ness of the process with Darah at oaks Kia, was seriously unsurpassable! This lady has it down! I’ll definitely be back in the future! More

Darah, from the call center was amazing and answered all my questions over text or a phone call. She went above and beyond to get me the answers I needed before I went to the dealer to speak with a sales pe my questions over text or a phone call. They are very understanding and easy to get through a process. I had Johnathon and he was so funny, also he made me feel better when he drove my car to my house and my mom drove him back due to not havin process. I would say the car is great and works fine I love my new smart car and it has been a joy. So overall the car dealership is very friendly, very patient and they will work with you on whatever car you are looking into. Another good thing about this dealership is you can build your credit so I am glad I have choose them to purchase a car from. They are awesome and I really look forward to buying another car later on for my boyfriend as well once we are ready to get one. More

I wanted to be one of those people who had an EV but didn’t want any anxiety from locating power stations for a long trip or running out of power. Plug in Niro was the choice for me. I spent many days researching on the Internet and found Alec on Autos very helpful getting me to that choice of a plug in. I called Oakes Kia asking about the Niro Plug in and made an appointment with a very nice sounding young lady. Oakes Kia’s “Kia Pat” started the process with the test drive and water for the wait. I really enjoyed Pat saying there’s a curve in the road ahead take your hands off the wheel. He didn’t seem suicidal so I Complied I was amazed with how the little car took over and drove through the curve keeping us in the middle of the road . I felt pretty comfortable sitting in my zero gravity seat. Pat explained how things worked on the car and newer models are not much further out. He explained Kias Warranty, Maintenance and Financing etc. Yes his associate did get to the dreaded what will it take to do the deal today. So unsure I went home to check a few #s. I did call Pat the next day to purchase. Overall a painless experience in a strange supply and demand world we’re living in right.
