Showed up with no power steering. No appointment either. Service advisor, Jarrod explained, and I understood so, that he wouldn't be able to get to it until the following week. Unfortunately the part had to Service advisor, Jarrod explained, and I understood so, that he wouldn't be able to get to it until the following week. Unfortunately the part had to be ordered. Part finally made it (car is a 2010 model) and was installed promptly. No complaints at all. Jarrod was helpful start to finish. All good! More
