I seriously dreaded the thought of purchasing a new car. I didn't want to deal with the pushy sales, the uncomfortable finance conversation, the feeling of I had to purchase right away. I told him up front I wasn't buying that day and I was just in the beginning stages. I never felt pressured to buy. I never felt like I was being sold more than what I needed. I felt very respected the entire time. Johnathan walked me through the different options and what to expect with the current market. After leaving and deciding my next steps, I worked with Johnathan to get the process started getting a new vehicle. Then came the finance talk. The finance team was great. I went in prepared to do battle and knew my hard limits of when to walk away. I am happy to say, I didn't feel like the finance talk was a battle. My hard limits were never hit and it was one of the most comfortable finance conversations I have had. Let's talk a little bit about delivery. We all know there are supply chain issues. Johnathan and the team were able to provide updates regularly and didn't seem to be annoyed by my questions. Once I had the keys, Johnathan took the time to go through all the details of the car- and there were A LOT!
