I just wish during the financing I was told/explained that I would be responsible for paying the sales tax and had the option of have it put in my loan or told that I would not be able to have it finance that I would be responsible for paying the sales tax and had the option of have it put in my loan or told that I would not be able to have it financed with my loan for what ever reason. Maybe this is something that they assume that myself and or the customer should have known but it’s not, but on the other hand maybe it’s something that maybe I should have asked about. It’s just a little overwhelming when you find out your going to have to come up with approximately 3000.00 to get your car tags. I mean I was told that no sales tax was collected and I believed I had to sign something saying that and maybe that is your way of letting me know that I would be paying that out of pocket but maybe if a little conversation letting us(the customer) know it’s our responsibility to come up with this when tagging your car. I don’t know maybe I just didn’t put two and two together. My bad More

By far the smoothest and friendliest experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Lenny greeted me at the door, made me feel right at home and answered every question I had, showed me things I didn't know the purchasing a vehicle. I had a great first experience at Oakes. As soon as I showed up, I was greeted by Derrick Weaver. He was very helpful when it came to showing me around the vehicle I came in to look at. No pressure at al showed up, I was greeted by Derrick Weaver. He was very helpful when it came to showing me around the vehicle I came in to look at. No pressure at all, just making sure that I was completely happy with my future vehicle and knew everything I needed to, in order to make my decision. It wasn't a difficult one though. The overall experience with Derrick, management, finance, and car of course, led me to trade in my Honda Fit for a new Stinger. (Talk about an upgrade 😄) I highly recommend Oakes Kia and if you ask for Derrick, I'm sure he'll take great care of you. More
