Oakes Kia was very flexible with the virtual car buying process in comparison to other dealers - their actions made it clear that they are not your average dealer! I must say car salesmen are giving a bad process in comparison to other dealers - their actions made it clear that they are not your average dealer! I must say car salesmen are giving a bad name because of the relationship being transactional. But Oakes Kia cared about my family's needs and restrictions I had and we worked through it.
