I was fortunate to work with Lenny Aguilar and the team at Oakes with my purchase of a 2016 Audi S6. She and her team were very professional, and super supportive of my schedule. I was in the middle of a at Oakes with my purchase of a 2016 Audi S6. She and her team were very professional, and super supportive of my schedule. I was in the middle of a Military Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move, and held the vehicle until I could drive from Washington DC to Kansas City. I had some personal hiccups like forgetting my title on the East Coast, and the team was able to assist me in mailing the title in, as well as working with my own bank for financing. I would not change anything about our interactions with this deal, nor the follow up, as they checked on my safe return to Washington DC. The entire team is professional and attentive to the customer. The Dealership was very clean and the lot was well organized as well as having plenty of parking for customers. More
