I purchased a new Telluride. It was on order and it came quicker than I expected. I was impressed with the excellent communication from the sales person (thank you Tim) to several of the supervisors (thank quicker than I expected. Even the manager (thank you Laura) contacted me several times and made sure that I was happy with the service. The dealership presented the numbers fairly and accurately. There was little or no pressure to purchase an extended warranty. My trade-in experience was also good. An excellent trade-in price was offered (thank you Carlos). I would highly recommend Oakes Kia for your next new car. More
