Work overall was fine considering I was a walk in on a Saturday. The person who took care of me recognized me from assisting me before & knows I'm a hospital employee. I gave it a 4 out of 5 b/c I had asked for a tire rotation & provided a coupon for it. I'm not certain if the tire rotation was done b/c I didn't see it appear on the invoice. Unfortunately, I had to depart on business, but again, not sure if that work was done. More

I had a really easy experience at Oakes Kia with Jaevyn! She was so nice and helped me with getting into a brand new Kia for the first time.
