Shannon was such a good listener and helped us find them right car for us. If not for Shannon and the help of Chavo and Dereck we would not have bought the car. It was the best experience shopping for a new KIA we have had. Shannon is very personable and easy to work with. Very dedicated to her work. She knew the answers to all of our questions and was very quick at all she did for us. I have always recommended Kia to my family and friends because I have that much good results with my purchases. This is my 3rd Sorento and so far it is as good as the others. I love my car and would buy another one with Shannon as my salesperson. Too bad you do not make a pick up because we would have one of them as well. Chavo was right there along with answers we had as well. Dereck is a great guy, knew them issues we needed help with and helped Shannon get the job done very well. I have always gone to the same place to purchase a Kia.
