That was a excellent experience for bought my dream car from KIA Oakes. I visited 3 time at Oakes Kia i feel very comfort with MS Kristina and Mr. Kevin. Both are too much tried to got my Dream Car. All work done by both person. Oakes Kia all staff was very responsible when i arrived every time in Oakes Kia. I visited all kia dealer in Kansas City for getting my car but that was my super best experience in Oakes Kia. We purchased a 2017 Toyota Prius from your dealership on 4/12/21. Anthony Curiale called us as we were enroute to see the vehicle, stating he had pulled the car to the front for us & would greet us upon ou 4/12/21. Anthony Curiale called us as we were enroute to see the vehicle, stating he had pulled the car to the front for us & would greet us upon our arrival. David test drove the vehicle with Anthony. We were interested in purchasing, so started what we thought would be a long song & dance routine based off previous experiences with numerous dealerships. This was not the case...Anthony took our bid to the manager, who personally came out to share the lowest price they could offer us. He explained there is no reason to take up our time if we could not agree on a suitable price. This was done in a matter of minutes. The paperwork was signed in an expedient manner with Anthony, keys were readily obtained by Anthony, no hard sell on dealership warranties - just appreciated straightforward business. What a refreshing way to purchase an automobile! Each gentleman was courteous, resourceful, & a pleasure to do business with! We would readily refer friends to this dealership based off our encounter. More
