The check engine light in my Kia came on while I was on the way to visit family in KC. Facing a 300 mile return trip to my usual Kia service center, I was pretty stressed. Luckily for me, Oakes Kia was abl the way to visit family in KC. Facing a 300 mile return trip to my usual Kia service center, I was pretty stressed. Luckily for me, Oakes Kia was able to fit my car into their busy schedule, check it out, and get me on the road back home so I did not have to miss work. If I lived in KC, Oakes would be my new Kia service center! The service center manager and technicians were polite, thorough, and went out of their way to make sure I would be safe on my long drive.
