Everyone that was there was excellent except for a gentleman who was at the front desk he was rude Even though he had had a long day he did not need to speak to me the way he did and change the under gentleman who was at the front desk he was rude Even though he had had a long day he did not need to speak to me the way he did and change the underwriting of the car where I was the owner and my brother was the CO owner that is not how it was set up and when he grabbed the paper out of my hand and said let's just not do the deal you don't want the car that was so so rude. The check engine light in my Kia came on while I was on the way to visit family in KC. Facing a 300 mile return trip to my usual Kia service center, I was pretty stressed. Luckily for me, Oakes Kia was abl the way to visit family in KC. Facing a 300 mile return trip to my usual Kia service center, I was pretty stressed. Luckily for me, Oakes Kia was able to fit my car into their busy schedule, check it out, and get me on the road back home so I did not have to miss work. If I lived in KC, Oakes would be my new Kia service center! The service center manager and technicians were polite, thorough, and went out of their way to make sure I would be safe on my long drive.
