When I arrived I was greeted and shown to the waiting room. I was there for a 7500-mile check-up and oil change on my Kia Telluride. The waiting area was clean with vending machines available. Staff wore masks in keeping with the Covid guidelines for health safety. Once my car was ready, a tech came for me and explained in detail what was completed on my car, reminding me of my warranty coverage and that there was no charge. Additionally, I asked if my next appointment for my Kia Sorento could have a state inspection added. The service tech immediately jumped to it and added that on for the next day's work. My experience was lack luster. They did work with me on my trade. But I was there for 5 hours. Test drove car immediately when got there. Was gone for about a half hour. Had a check in my pocket ready to g my trade. But I was there for 5 hours. Test drove car immediately when got there. Was gone for about a half hour. Had a check in my pocket ready to go for purchase of car. Salesman was working 3 or 4 other sales all at once. The financing person was good. He tried keeping me posted what was going on. They did have computer problems but that shouldn't of kept me there for five hours. The salesman was the worst part. Never followed up. Never shook my hand. No congrats. Was suppose to get a scratch buffed out. Financing guy took care of it. Shouldn't of took 5 hours when I already has my own financing. More
