Fast and Excellent Service I came to Oakes not only because it was closer than my original dealership (Olathe) but because I had a pretty bad experience with the service departm I came to Oakes not only because it was closer than my original dealership (Olathe) but because I had a pretty bad experience with the service department down there. For my first maintenance with them, I ended up waiting there for 3 hours! Even though I had made an appointment. I bought a brand new 2019 Soul from them, yet I was waiting 3 hours for a maintenance? Bah. Not worth it. So glad I found Oakes, never had a bad experience! More
