Like every other dealership I went to Jack Miller Kia looking for a used low-mileage SUV. It was a pretty average experience. They played all the games most dealerships play and I went to Jack Miller Kia looking for a used low-mileage SUV. It was a pretty average experience. They played all the games most dealerships play and I eventually got them down to the price I wanted. Their porters do a great job detailing vehicles as well, they don't coat everything in Armor All like most other dealerships. I'm only writing this review for the free oil change. More

He was knowledgeable and friendly and pretty much let my wife and I run the show. My wife wanted a specific color/interior combo that was not on the lot. The folks at Jack Miller did a region search and still could not find what she wanted. They went above and beyond to find her car all the way in Arkansas and had it here the next day. This has been the very best experience I've ever had buying a car and I plan on going back in a few weeks to get a second car, the Kia Optima! From one Andrew to another, thank you! More
