Our salesman, Andrew Beckstrom, was the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous individual we have dealt with in over 40 years of car purchasing. He spent a lot of time explaining the features of the car we test drove, including the changes between our old Sorento and the new one. He was not high pressure and we felt he acted honestly on our behalf when negotiating our car deal. After purchase, he was well prepared with the required paperwork and was thorough with the explanation of each document. The finance manager was very cordial and professional as well. The whole paperwork process was seamless and done in a timely manner. My only complaint, which is my fault for not checking was the fact there were no floor mats and the wiper blades were shot and this should have been caught by the guys who cleaned and checked the vehicle. Overall I would recommend and will definitely go back to purchase another KIA Sorento. Everyone was on top of it. Not in a pushy sales way either. from the time i walked into the building to walking out with a new car was less then 3 hours.
