Traded in our 2013 for a 2017 and couldn't be happier. The overall experience was fantastic from the time we walked onto the lot to the time we left. They worked with us on our first car as our credit was not great and got us a pretty decent rate. They really try to take care of their customers. Have used their service dept. for oil changes and never had any issues there either. Thanks Steve for making our day! More
First Car from an actual dealership in years Though my wife and I have bought several cars in the 20 years we have been together we don't really like the "Big Dealership Atmosphere". Usually we walk in and the salesperson starts qualifying us before they even know our names. We were greeted by the receptionist and she got us introduced to our salesman. Even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon he was very friendly and more than glad to show us anything we wanted to just even see the price on (lol). He then got us on the track of what brought us in which was to find an affordable fuel economy car. I being a guy who likes pickups and drives a truck for a living was kinda standoffish about it . But he showed us a 2016 Forte that had a lot of features that I was pretty sure we wouldn't be able to afford in a new car. We took it for a test drive and to say that I was somewhat impressed with it would be an understatement. Even though it's a four cylinder engine I was impressed with the response on the throttle and how quickly it was to get up to highway speed. When we returned my wife and I took a minute to chat before we decided to go the distance and purchase it. Being an ex car sales person myself the negotiation with no trade an no money down wasn't as lengthy as I thought it would be. When the salesman presented it to finance we had to do a bit more talking to get the payments to where my wife was wanting them to be at. Once we agreed on the deal we only had to wait a few minutes for the finance guy to finish one deal and we sat down with him and once again it went much easier and quicker than I expected. We came in around 3 in the afternoon and after all was said and done it was just after 6pm when we left. Once again I love the way were treated and the quickness of it all, like I said I used to sale new/used vehicles and had folks that it would take 5-6 hours to get them threw finance and delivered, and my wife the one that had to wait till 10 or 11pm on a Saturday to go out to dinner with me back then was as impressed as I was. Currently the Forte has 2400 miles on it and I love it. Thanks for getting us into a nice affordable car with features that I assumed only came in expensive cars. More

It's been a nightmare experience The following concerns are making it so I can't recommend the dealership to friends: 1. The tires are full of cracks throughout the sidewall and betw The following concerns are making it so I can't recommend the dealership to friends: 1. The tires are full of cracks throughout the sidewall and between the tread. They had everything shined up when I purchased the vehicle and I didn't notice, but when the driver side tire lost 20 PSI during the first week, the cracks were observed. Basically, I have to buy new tires once it was driven off the lot. 2. The wiper blades don't really remove the water as much as just smear it around the windshield. Once again, I'll have to buy new wiper blades and don't appreciate having to do so. 3. Finally, the battery had a hard time starting this morning when I was leaving work which tells me it will likely not start during the cold winter, especially when it's outside overnight while I'm at work. As you might have guessed, I don't appreciate having to buy a new battery. Thankfully, the dealership did at least replace the battery, but it felt like pulling teeth to get them to do so. The above three items are things that should have been caught by the dealership and the fact that they weren't just makes the dealership seem shady to me. This is a shame since I had a good experience with the first car I purchased from Jack Miller Kia back around 2012/13. Their communication has been the worst throughout the whole process. I've sent at least three email, left a phone message, and tried leaving a comment on their online website, but none of those were returned over the span of two to three weeks. Finally, I asked to speak to a manager and was able to get things moving, but even then, when I am advised that they will speak with other departments in the morning, I have had to call two days later to find out if it was done. I am also dealing with a lost title and may not be able to drive my car when the temp tag expires. When I asked for assistance with dealing with the post office, they just say everything is on the post office, but they could give me the tracking number that shows it's supposed to be there. They don't seem to care that my temp tag is almost expired and I won't be able to drive the car I recently purchased from them. Based on my experience, my recommendation would to be run away from the dealership and go somewhere else. More
