Surprisingly pleasant My experience started with viewing their website to see what they had to offer. Shortly after, Deanna(?) called and explained that they had a way to put me in a new car with some rather attractive terms. I was rather skeptical as my credit is by no means "Excellent". At the same time, I was also interested in a couple of used cars at another dealer that I thought would be easier for me to get approved for. Boy, was I surprised!!! The used car dealer was wanting about $4K down and about $300/month for a five-year old car! I 'politely' told the used car dealer what he could do with that!! lol Any way, early on the morning of March 4, 2016, Greg and Deanna called me and stated that they could get me in a brand new car for ZERO down! Again, I was skeptical, but I let them know that I would come in and take a look. They set me up with Tom Sexton, one of their sales associates. Tom was very friendly, he mentioned that he used to live in St. Louis, and we started talking about some of the wineries in that area. After about an hour, I am driving off the lot in a 2016 Kia Forte!!! I am very happy with it so far and the customer service was excellent!! More
