In addition to making the whole process easier and providing us with a decent deal, the associates were very knowledgeable. They provided a lot of good advice for a first time buyer/owner, spending quite a bit of time explaining the ins and outs of both the specific vehicle and in the process in general. They also knew a great deal about the regulations in both Missouri and Kansas and walked us through what we'd need to do. Highly recommended More

I am almost eight months pregnant, the weather's been a little crazy, and the vehicle i owned previous to my new Kia was in bad shape. James DeFoe brought the car to my house for me to test drive. He even made arrangements to pick me up to come in to the dealership to sign my paperwork. While I was there the Jack Miller "family" made me, my mom, my son, and dad very comfortable (Greg, Tom, Crayden to name a few others).
