Anthony took me on a test drive and showed me all about the car i chose (2016 Kia Soul), while Greg worked HARD to get me the financing I needed. Because of Greg's persistence, i ended up with interest rates and special incentives i didn't think i would qualify for. I'm so happy I chose Jack Miller Kia for my new car. The difference was, they recognize that customer service contains professional approach and not stressing out the customer with purchasing a new car is the way to go. I would pay a little more for not being a typical dealership with high pressure sales and completing the sale that doesn't take up my whole day and stress free. This provides future revenue with service, another new car sale and friends/family recommendations for possible new car purchases. More
