Super Customer service. I gave this dealership a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating because of my initial entrance into to the dealership. I did not appreciate that and neither did my husband. When we talked to the sales person we actually came to see, everything changed and we felt more comfortable with the dealership. They took time with us and listened. We were pushed into buying something we didn't want. The wanted to keep us happy. I appreciate that. More

Incredible customer service It only took us 1.5 hours to buy our van from start to finish including learning about all the new features with UVO. With time being so important to all of us this was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone from our sales representative (Greg), sales manager, and finance/contract manager treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. We requested a car that they did not have on the lot and immediately they performed a search and located it for us. In addition they procured and transported the car for us within 2 days of our initial visit. During every step of the process they ensured we fully understood and made sure any questions were answered. Negotiating final price is always a dreaded part but I left the deal feeling I paid an incredibly fair price. Truly we will not buy from any other dealership after having such an easy transaction.
