I sent an email to Jack Miller Kia regarding a Sorento and had a response within minutes. I told him exactly what I wanted and I didn't want to hassle with them I even told them the price range that I need in my car payments to be. I showed up that evening after several emails and phone calls with Greg, Sal, And DeAnna, to test drive the car I have been wanting for a while now and fell in love with it immediately. Greg and Sal were very helpful and patient with me and my wish-list. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour tops!! No hassling and the most respect I've ever gotten at a dealership. I will recommend Jack Miller Kia again and will buy my next vehicle from them!! More

The sales staff I is unprofessional and lacks product knowledge. Management is unresponsive to repeated requests to resolve issues and possibly salvage consumer relations/perceptions. I am still trying to get my $500 deposit returned for a car that I was told had options that it in fact did not have which I realized once I received a picture of the invoice. Bad way to do business. Because it was such low mileage I also popped for a powertrain warranty - definitely not something I would have done otherwise.
