I finally saw that Jack miller kia had the Kia soul that I wanted. Mind you Bob sight Kia told me I wouldn't find another Caribbean blue limited edition in the Midwest. Well JACK MILLER KIA HAD 3. I went in and we got straight to the point, no gimmicks no run around and they weren't trying to put me in something I didn't want. The only issue was the amount of negative equity I was carrying over into the new car and the base model of my trade in. Needless to say they made it work. I got exactly what I wanted at a better rate and under the monthly car note I wanted to pay. I WOULD definitely recommend jack miller Kia. JR Wiles connected with me several months ago when I first started looking for a ca I had one of the best experiences in buying a car I have ever had. JR Wiles connected with me several months ago when I first started looking for a car and was very helpful educating me on leases and the new Kia offerings. JR kept in touch with me and I came in to see him on Tuesday December 30. Adriano Termini took me for a test drive and was very helpful showing me the features and benefits of the Optima. I looked at all the different package options and Adriano was very professional letting me know the differences. When we got back to the dealership, I sat down with Greg Weyrauch and told him what I needed and the amount each month that I wanted to spend. Gregg took his time explaining the differences in the lease options, how I could get tax deductions and what out of pocket expenses I would be responsible for. My wife was not at the dealership when I test drove the Optima, so JR let me take the car home to show my wife. After showing my wife the car we decided that we wanted the fully loaded "Pearl White" Optima and I called Gregg to see what we could workout. It took us most of Wednesday December 30 to workout a deal. I came in that afternoon and Gregg Weyraunch, JR Wiles and their finance manager (I can't remember his name) walked me through all the details of the lease, the protection package, owners Manuel, maintenance schedule and many other details that were very informative. Outstanding I stopped in just to look at Kia Sorento as a fall back, was going to auction the next day. Car was spotless but out of my price range. Salesman suggested I offer something, so I offered my max limit which I knew was less than book value. 10 minutes later my offer was accepted without any hassle or counter offer. Being December 30th didn't hurt anything but I was thoroughly impressed. Then, noticed I didn't have any floormats after it was washed. Salesman told me to come down the next day to get some and a few other perks. I ended up taking my wife's car and got an oil change, key made, alignment and tire rotation all while I waited. Even though they are an hour away, I plan to go there again for all future service. And even when I have a Kia dealership within 5 minutes of my home. Don't buy until you've checked out Jack Miller Kia first. More

Although we knew our interest rate for a new vehicle would be higher than normal, we did not anticipate the headaches and lack of attention we were about to endure. We had even considered purchasing a car from a bad credit car lot. Thankfully, we decided to try one last time for a legitimate car loan. We sent an email to Greg Weyrauch, at Jack Miller Kia, on a Sunday afternoon. Within 30 minutes we had an appointment set up for that next day. Not only did Greg, the finance manager, set us up with a super salesman, he also led us on our way to better credit scores. It meant the world to us that someone really cared about the situation we were in. I must say Jake Clinton, our salesman, was a delight! Not only am I driving a brand new Kia that I love, but we feel blessed to have a whole new group of people who feel like family to us. My husband will need a new car next near.
