Although we knew our interest rate for a new vehicle would be higher than normal, we did not anticipate the headaches and lack of attention we were about to endure. We had even considered purchasing a car from a bad credit car lot. Thankfully, we decided to try one last time for a legitimate car loan. We sent an email to Greg Weyrauch, at Jack Miller Kia, on a Sunday afternoon. Within 30 minutes we had an appointment set up for that next day. Not only did Greg, the finance manager, set us up with a super salesman, he also led us on our way to better credit scores. It meant the world to us that someone really cared about the situation we were in. I must say Jake Clinton, our salesman, was a delight! Not only am I driving a brand new Kia that I love, but we feel blessed to have a whole new group of people who feel like family to us. My husband will need a new car next near. Their is absolutely now doubt where we will be buying it! For anyone buying a car, no matter your credit, I guarantee you will be impressed with Jack Miller Kia. More

Sal started by asking what we needed and why, and then made recommendations that met those needs. Once he showed us what he had, I saw something else on the lot. Once I asked about it, he told me that it was outside my stated budget. When I told him that I wanted it, he made me a great deal. Sales manager insinuated I was a liar by stating (several times) that his employees NEVER made a mistake. They wanted $300 to find out if the only thing that might be covered would be. Seems like they only treat new customers like humans. They also wanted to put in new gm parts and my bill would have been more than the value of my car. Of course they didn't mention that. More
