Seems like they only treat new customers like humans. They also wanted to put in new gm parts and my bill would have been more than the value of my car. Of course they didn't mention that. More

Greg, Adriano and Elford I will start from the beginning. I am a budget conscious person and always start with researching. I hate the car shopping deal, but knew mine was not I will start from the beginning. I am a budget conscious person and always start with researching. I hate the car shopping deal, but knew mine was not gonna last much longer so I needed to look. I originally met Greg Weyrauch (sales manager and internet director) via email. He made sure that I had the information I wanted and needed. He insisted in a not overly persistent way that I come by the dealership and take a look at the car I asked about. Once I got to the dealership he assigned to me Adriano Termini (salesperson) to look at a couple cars and I test drove one. (He is a sweetheart.) I wasn't in love with the car, but I was being practical. Adriano came up with a good idea of completing the credit application so that we knew exactly what I could fall in love with. It was a stellar idea. Elford (the finance guy) was also very good to work with and made sure I had all my questions answered and the right paperwork. It was a pleasure to work with them all. Ultimately, I ended up with EVERYTHING I wanted in a car for the price I can pay. Now I am more than happy to refer others to them whenever possible. I am confident they will take care of them. Hard Working; Keep the Customer's best interest at heart This was my first real experience at a dealership with the intention to lease or buy. I had felt pushed around at other dealerships before simply jus This was my first real experience at a dealership with the intention to lease or buy. I had felt pushed around at other dealerships before simply just inquiring. At Jack Miller the only pressure you feel is what you place on yourself. I presented my situation and what I was looking for via email to Sal Termini. With short notice to him, he welcomed me to Jack Miller and introduced me to Tom Sexton. Tom is very personable and hard working for his customers. He gave much of his time to me freely to help me get into the car I really wanted for a lease at an affordable payment and in a flexible manner. Greg Weyrauch kept in touch with me offsite while I was making arrangements on my end and with communication between the 3 of them they seamlessly put together a great lease agreement on a fantastic Kia Soul + Each time I get into the car it's more fun and feels better to drive. Fantastic deal While having service done on my 2011 KIA Sorento, talked my wife into glancing at new vans. Had been trying to get her to buy her a new one to replac While having service done on my 2011 KIA Sorento, talked my wife into glancing at new vans. Had been trying to get her to buy her a new one to replace her 2003 Dodge Caravan for about a year. Had received emails from Jack Miller KIA and Sal Termini for a year or so about new cars through their internet sales. A manager quickly got us connected with Sal and he was very helpful in identify exactly what my wife wanted. With the assistance of Sal and Manager Greg Weyrauch they laid out the cost and rebates we could get. The price was great for a new 2014 Kia Sedona. They did what I couldn't over the last year and convince my wife to get a new van, that she is proud of and happy to be driving a safe car. Another review to come as they convinced me to replace my 2011 Sorento. Great Job Guys!! More

While completing a deal on my wife's new van, Sal Termini mentioned to me he could get me into a new one for basically the same price as what I was paying on my 2011. Well I had received emails from Jack Miller stating that before, but disregarded them because I thought it was the old routine to get you into the dealership. Well this time I decided to listen to the sales pitch and couldn't believe it was true. Sal and Greg Weyrauch quickly had a deal lined up that I couldn't believe. Replaced a 2011 Kia Sorento with over 70,000 miles and out of warranty for a new 2015 Kia Sorento. They even did a dealer locate to find me the exact vehicle I wanted. In a few years when they send me those emails I will be sure to read. I still can't believe it. Not only did my wife get a new van but I got a new Sorento. : ) More
