He let me know I wasn't wasting my time to come and see if I could trade my 2012 in for a 2014 and get a better interest rate and payment. I went in on a Friday and drove my new car home a few hours later. Everyone in the dealership in NKC are so nice and make you feel like you are around friends. The price per month was a bit shocking at first but it was figured from the get go so no complaint there. They did however call me the next day with a lower price per month that came back to them that morning. I went in signed new paperwork maybe 10 mins tops!, got my lower payment and on top of it they filled my tank up just for coming back. Highly recommend! More
