I got a call right away from Vida, and told her I was wanting to wait to get a new car and I was just looking, because I was upside down on my car. She quickly told me about the possibility of up to $6000 in rebates on the Kia Optima Hybrid, so I told her I would come by the next day. She apparently was not able to be there that day so JR emailed me to find out if I was coming by!! I went there met with JR, and then test drove the Kia Optima Hybrid, then the Kia Optima. I had somewhere to be and still wasn't sure if I wanted to buy one, but liked the Hybrid better. So they let me take it to my appointment, while I was gone I gave permission to get approval so that was in place, and gave them the keys to my car to check on the trade in value. ,When I got back JR informed me of my approval, then sat down with me and explained the payment options, then gave me adequate time to think about it, and answered all the questions I had!! Then I decided to get the Kia Optima Hybrid, he started the paperwork immediately, asked if I wanted anything to drink, I signed the papers he had, and then Finance was ready for me. I can't remember his name but he was great also!! He was very thorough and didn't push me on any decisions, but gave me adequate information for me to decide easily. I signed my papers with him and he answered all my questions, and was able to stay within $50 dollars of my target payment, with GAP insurance, and an extended warranty of 100,000!! I finished up by JR explaining features of the car in more detail form me, he helped me set the Bluetooth up, then begin helping me move all my things from my old car without me asking, and put the temp tag on!! This was by far the best service I have had buying a car. Everyone there was friendly, no one tried pushing me into making a decision right away, they were wonderful!! JR did an awesome job!! When it was time to purchase a newer car for myself I knew that I was going back to Jack Miller Kia. One call to confirm they had Optima Hybrids for me to test drive and I was there. I drove the car and discussed the specs of the car and hybrid system for about an hour that day. The following business day I confirmed that we wanted to make the purchase. I drove to the dealership during my lunch hour and was back to the office for an afternoon meeting in record time. No 'sales' conversations, just educational conversations. I was certain I knew what I wanted and Mr. Wiles confirmed it. Then he just let me and my husband discuss without pressures. It was a very relaxed experience. I highly recommend Jack Miller Kia, Mr Wiles, Greg W, and even the gentleman printing all of the documents for signatures was very efficient! More

I must say I was beyond impressed! I expected to get the “single female” treatment. Nothing could be further from the truth. I had called earlier in the day & told them what I was looking for. I was extremely skeptical that they were telling the truth. But I got there & they met every one of my criteria & got me to within $5 of the payment I wanted. They also gave me twice as much for my trade-in as I was expecting. Overall, I just can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jack Miller Kia. I will be buying here again in the future & will most certainly recommend them to my friends. More

A year ago, I purchased a car from a used dealership and walked away with a lemon. In less than a year, my heat, A/C and transmission stopped working. I searched for a better car to no avail. I have been offered vehicles with extremely large mileage numbers, body damage, and issues because "that's all that could be offered to someone with my score." After searching my area, I found Jack Miller Kia online. I called and immediately spoke with J.R. Wiles. He was polite, listened to all of my questions and desires for a better vehicle. I visited the dealership with my son on a Saturday morning and the experience was amazing. Not only was EVERYONE friendly to me but they were amazing to my son. A hyper 3 year old can wear anyone down but all of the dealers took the time to chat with him and even entertain him while I looked at vehicles. Having not so perfect credit after a divorce can deter a person and make you feel like you couldn't possibly have better things. J.R. Wiles did not treat me or speak to me in any way other than respectfully. He put me in a 2013 Kia Rio and educated me on all of the features of the vehicle and the warranty. He did not pressure me or make me feel like I had to make any choice other than my own. He put me in a reliable vehicle which will allow me to do better things for myself and my son. I would recommend this dealership and J.R Wiles specifically to anyone looking for a car in the Kansas City area. More
