I purchased a new car this weekend I wanted to share my feelings about my excellent car buying experience with Jack Miller Kia and their entire staff. I purchased a new car this weekend, and I must say that it has been the best car purchasing experience of my life! I wanted to take my time in making this major purchase and had several different makes and models I needed to look at before deciding. Jack Miller was the first dealership I went to and Sal was by far the most knowledgable, courteous, and helpful sales person I encountered. When speaking about the vehicles I looked at, instead of sounding like he was reading a brochure, he sounded intelligent and educated, with an opinion. After going to other dealerships for other car manufacturers, it was Sal's honesty and willfulness to help me, not just to buy a car from Jack Miller, but with my entire car buying decision. Most purchasing experiences have a lot of stress or pressure from the back and forth between the sales staff and the customer, but Sal and Greg went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as hassle free as possible. Jack Miller has the most low pressure sales staff that I have experienced. Not to the point that they didn't care whether they made a sale or not, but to the fact that when I stated I was looking at other cars, they didn't try and pressure sales me. I believe Sal's words were, "Go drive the other vehicles, I be here when you're ready to purchase." They were super friendly and easy to talk to, funny and made looking at cars seem less stressful and laid back. I felt no pressure at all. They were there when I needed them and not when I didn't want them around. When it came down to making a decision, I told them exactly what I wanted and was comfortable with and they did everything they could to get me exactly where I wanted to be the first time around. They didn't play any games with me and genuinely seemed to want to make me satisfied. I appreciated the experience and hope to work with them again! Highly recommend! And by the way Ted Beltz is amazing! More

As first time car buyers with a three-year-old in tow, my husband and I were not looking forward to the car buying experience. However, Jack Miller Kia--specifically Sal Termini and Greg Weyrauch--were amazi husband and I were not looking forward to the car buying experience. However, Jack Miller Kia--specifically Sal Termini and Greg Weyrauch--were amazing to work with. They listened to our needs and worked with us and FOR us to get us a great deal on the car of my dreams. There was no pushiness or slick, salesmen talk; both men were straightforward and genuine in their desire to find a deal that worked for us. And they were wonderfully sweet to my son--finding toys and distractions for him as well as speeding up the paperwork process as much as possible so that we didn't have to deal with a fussy toddler. We were in and out in just over an hour! I would (and plan to) recommend them to everyone I know! More
