I had gotten JR's name from the internet, when I started to figure what I was going to buy. Since my car had just been totaled in an accident. When JR and I met we discussed my financial situation and he appreciated my honestly. He then told me that he thought he could get me in a new car rather than used. We looked at the options, and elected the Forte, it has so much more room than my Rio, and with getting Dad in and out, makes it so much more easy. The financing was approved, and my payment was below what I had expected. I am really glad that I met JR, who was a non pressure sales person, unlike the guy from Enterprise car sales, who kept called and acted like a press hard fast sale person. I will tell anyone who asks about my experience at Jack Miller and have them be sure to ask for JR. More

I inquired online about purchasing a new Kia and had an immediate response from Greg. He was very helpful and full of information. He was great about going through everything I was looking for and followed up our phone call with an email to make sure he had answered all my questions. We also set an appointment for me to come find what I was looking for and take a test drive. When I arrived Sal was busy with another customer and directed me and my husband to work with Adriano. Adriano explained he was new but would love to help us out. He helped us fill out everything and answered every question we threw at him with ease. I told him what car I wanted and he did not even hesitate. He said he would do whatever he needed to do to get us in the car we wanted and he did. He went with us on our test drive and explained every feature of the car. He even showed us his own vehicle which was the same model as ours and told us how much he also really enjoyed it. In no time flat we were driving away in a brand new 2013 Kia Forte Koup. I did not think that we would be able to do a brand new car but they delivered as promised. It was a great experience and I will be back to buy my next vehicle. More
