When we met with the salesman we were made to feel like a valued customer. After explaing what type of vehicle we wanted, my wife was amazed that he brought a car for us to test that was her favorite color, valued customer. It was like we were on the same wavelength.We weren't pressured or hounded into purchasing something we didn't want. The overall experience left us knowing we would purchase our next vehicle from the same dealership. I have never had a dealership work in my best interest before. It was an amazing experience. The professionalism of the saleman, the sales manager, and the finance officer was such a fantasrtic experience for both me and my wife. I just can't express how much I appreciate the treatment we received at Jack Miller. We will be recommending Jack Miller to all our friends and family. This was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. My son and I purchased a 2007 Ram 4x4 in December 2012. He needed 4x4 in February but it did not work. Apparently the 4x4 did not work when we purchased it. Jack Miller said when we drove off lot it was our problem. It did not matter that the first time we tried to use it wouldn't work. Jack Miller said they check each vehicle out from end to end. This tells me either they did not check it out like they said or someone knew the four wheel drive did not work and they did not bother to tell us before we purchased it. With this experience I would not advise anyone to buy from this dealer. More
Went in to buy a 2013 Soul. We were up front and informed them we didn't have a trade or any money to put down. They said that wouldn't be a problem at all. When the lender said they wanted $1000 down, the s them we didn't have a trade or any money to put down. They said that wouldn't be a problem at all. When the lender said they wanted $1000 down, the sales manager Cameron said Jack Miller Kia would take $1000 off the price and we could tell the lender we put $1000 down. The lender accepted this and all was well. We went in with Elford to sign paper work and were adamant about not wanting a service contract with portfolio or gap insurance. He assured us that everything was taken care of and not to worry. When we signed he told us we were declining the coverage. Later that evening we were looking over the paper work and noticed a charge of $1750 for a Portfolio service contract as well as $750 fee for gap insurance. Figuring this was a mistake and they would fix it without issue (based on my experiences buying 3 other cars from Jack Miller). However, Cameron the sales manager, who so graciously reduced the price of the car by $1000, had an abrupt change in attitude and told me to either bring him in $1000 or the car if I wanted to have the additional $2500 that I never wanted removed from my contract. He agreed that he put that in the contract without our consent claiming he had to make a profit. I will never buy another car from Jack Miller again. This was the 4th one I've purchased from them and for them to slide in back door, shady charges into our loan without our consent, and then refusing to remove them just shows how they treat their (once) loyal customers. These is the fourth vehicle our business has purchased from them. If we did not feel very good about their service and fairness we would not have continued to go back to them. We were given wrong information on the Key , They only had one and said it did not have a chip .No biggie would could have one made at Walmart for a couple of bucks .It would not start the jeep ! We ended up having to pay 125.00 for one because it did have a chip .Not their problem . Had a problem with the top not sitting right on the driver sound so it was very loud air noise when you drive it . We were told all jeeps have air noises HA!!Took it to a certified jeep dealer and they said a whole part was missing . They were rude about that when we informed them we wanted it fixed . We called every day The part was never in ,it took 4 weeks to get part . When they finally located the part because I went down there since i was not getting any where on the phone they meraculasly found the part and come to find out the part has been sitting there 3 weeks !!!!They got an attitude and said they wont continue fixing things for us . We responded you havent fixed a thing yet !!!! Called at least 15 times to get the issues resolved More
J.P. helped us get our deal done in a timely fashion, at the price we expected. He went out of his way to make sure an add on was taken care of as well.
