Overall the dealership was clean and nice with friendly staff and we were offered something to drink right away. Any dealership can create this exact environment, however, what actually made our experience staff and we were offered something to drink right away. Any dealership can create this exact environment, however, what actually made our experience truly outstanding was Steven Carroll. He immediately asked about my needs in a vehicle, was very kind, funny, easy going and overall genuinely interested in making sure we felt taken care of. If the concern wasn’t genuine, get this man an Oscar! In all seriousness, he really does love people and wants to create the best experience possible for them and make sure they’re getting what they want and need out of a vehicle. This man has unconditional respect for everyone and is overall a righteous dude. The car may have been at Oakes Kia but I bought it from Steven Carroll. I never would have expected to have so much fun finding my new dream car but he made it happen. THANK YOU STEVEN!!!!!! More

I had the pleasure of working with Steven last week to purchase a 2017 Prius. We made a couple visits, one to drive the car and a second to purchase.
