I could not have been happier with my experience purchasing a new Kia Optima from Jack Miller Kia. I had visited with 3 other Kia dealerships in the area and had not been happy with their sales tec purchasing a new Kia Optima from Jack Miller Kia. I had visited with 3 other Kia dealerships in the area and had not been happy with their sales techniques, such as advertising a price only to find out that price include programs that we did not qualify for; ie, military discounts. It seemed no dealership was simply willing to tell me the best price they could offer and I was becoming tired of the back and forth. That's when a coworked recommended Jack Miller Kia. I called and spoke with Greg Wryrauch and he simply asked what price and terms I was looking for without any runaround. We came to an agreement in about 5 minutes (and it was significantly less than any other dealership I spoke with.) We scheduled a time to come in and do the paperwork. I let him know that I would be coming in with my 2 small children and would need to get in and out quickly. The day we came in to do the paperwork and pick up the car could not have gone any smoother. We met with JR Wiles, who already had all of the paperwork ready to go. He was completely thorough and helpful going through all of the paperwork as well as explaining all of the features of the car. He even took the time to sync my iphone to the car before I left the dealership. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. The entire staff could not have been nicer to my entire family. We had an overall outstanding experience and would certainly recommend this dealership in the future. More

I had done my research on-line and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted for my trade-in. I spoke with Sal on the phone a couple of times and we set up an appointment to look at a vehicle he sa wanted and how much I wanted for my trade-in. I purchased my new Kia on New Years Day and drove about 20 miles to the dealership from my house. There are two dealerships much closer, but I was contacted by my salesperson to look at the Kia's on their 20 miles to the dealership from my house. It was cold and snowy, but the employees working that day were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly pleased that they took my 1994 Toyota as a trade in. My husband and I had a very good experience and we would recommend this dealership to anyone that in interesting in purchasing a car. More
