Well to start, the service dept person hung up on me when I questioned if there was not an emergency appt earlier than the Friday appt--when it was only Tues and I did not feel safe to drive with the engine I questioned if there was not an emergency appt earlier than the Friday appt--when it was only Tues and I did not feel safe to drive with the engine cutting out. Yes, I had to rent a car for 3 days. Then once in the shop, the text message about the findings to get authorization to repair, from a list of concerns, well that is no service and I had to call to discuss with a technician. The only thing I can say was good about the day was the shuttle service and driver being very courteous, on time and available. I am planning to shop for a new vehicle and Oakes as a dealership is not real high on my list at this time. More

Service was ok. Waiting room is needs paint and an update.
