BEST Customer Experience at Oakes Kia! Karen Suarez was our Sales Consultant and she was the best of the best! Karen was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She showed us all the features of the Kia Sportage Hybrid during our test drive and we ended up ordering the SX Prestige trim . Karen continued to give us updates on the car build. We waited 7 months for our car and it was definitely worth the wait. We worked with Cristian Arechiga on the extended warranty and he was also fantastic. Everyone we met at Oakes Kia was friendly and genuine. We absolutely loved everything about our experience! More

The service department is always a pleasure to deal with. They are quick in getting cars done and out to the customer. Jarrod is a great service advisor, and calls to update if anything unexpected is found They are quick in getting cars done and out to the customer. If a car is needed so you can go do errands that day, or keep until your car is done, Aly is also great to work with, and her communication with customers is superior.
