I need to pick up my car, I have been waiting to pick it up all day at 4 they told me I could pick it up at 5 but now I can't get a ride back out there and I want to make sure my car is inside for the night up all day at 4 they told me I could pick it up at 5 but now I can't get a ride back out there and I want to make sure my car is inside for the night but I cannot talk to a human on the phone. I dropped my car off on Sunday night, I did not hear anything from anyone the whole next day. I called in at 5:33pm and was told by a very rude lady in the sales department that they were closed and she anything from anyone the whole next day. I called in at 5:33pm and was told by a very rude lady in the sales department that they were closed and she couldn't help me. Then I proceeded to check my Kia app to see if my car was left unlock and to my surprise, no one had locked my car. I finally got a call the following morning and was told the car should be done by 1:30-1:45 and someone would call me once it was ready. I did not get a call until 4:40 and was told someone was finally getting to it and it would be 45 minutes. I showed up at 5:15 and was given an invoice amount, which I have an extended warranty so it was covered. The whole experience was awful and this was my first time using my warranty. More
