KIA staff told me that my suv problem had rings get carbon build up on the pistons causing them to stick and use oil into the cylinders. Service fixed and hope it will be ok. The work done was fine. I was frustrated that a job that should have been 2 hours at most took the entire day and at NO point was I informed of the delay. I'm pretty easy going and just figured it was due to short staffing but the service center was literally closing before my car was done. My service person did stay late to finish the work and offered to stay 15 minutes past that for me to pick it up but I couldn't get there in time. He did apologize when I saw him the next day but it felt like there could have been better communication or a discount or something More
